Catherine D. Nicolaides Codella, MD

Catherine has been a practicing Pediatrician for 35 years. She started her own private practice of Developmental Pediatrics in Marlton, NJ, in 1997 and also provided care to underprivileged children at Inspira Hospital in Vineland. She was recruited to Children’s Specialized Hospital, a division of Robert Wood Johnson, in 2013. Catherine holds an MD from Hahnemann Medical University and completed her residency at NYU Medical Center. She is married to Mark Codella and is proud to have raised two beautiful and bright children, Stephen and Alexandra. She has spent countless hours as a mom cultivating her children’s interests. She is proud of Stephen’s musical talents, career, and other varied interests as well as his spirit, gentleness, and kindness. She describes Alexandra as a “numbers girl”, with a feisty personality which explains her interests in cheerleading and dance. She notes her daughter’s passions are her Samoyed girls and spreadsheets. Catherine delights in raising Stephen’s pride and joy, his dog, Archer.
